We define a specific task, to be accomplished for a fixed fee, with a definition of expected results. We structure the technical investigation to yield a specific answer within the boundaries. We perform this technical investigation by: telephones calls to known authorities, sources, and other appropriate respondents to identify any trends or information not yet published.

We charge on a fixed fee basis. We quote based on the subject, width of the research, availability of information, availability of persons to contact, and accuracy of our answer.

A typical comprehensive, structured technical investigation requires approximately two weeks of a Senior Analyst, and three weeks of a Junior Analyst, including all phone calls, on-line journal searches, time, travel, and labor.

The task can be completed within four to five weeks from when you officially start the investigation according to our terms.
