Product Positioning

You must develop an established network with the proper product image in the U.S. This includes name brand recognition and the product image. Any new product without brand identity faces an uphill battle. To plan and create your U.S. Distribution will require a great deal of time. Consider a planning and negotiation cycle of 4-6 months. Your plan should encompass: Promotional capabilities, Dealers, Outlets. We recommend you have the option to compare various market offerings and appreciate the limitations of each. Your distribution structure to sell a new medical device must connect into an existing structure as opposed to the cost & experimentation to create a new distribution network. Many marketable products fail in the U.S. due to failure of having a flawed distribution or salespersons unable to appeal to the target buyers.
