We visit you

On any new project, nothing is more effective than sitting down together. Communications are more effective and we have found that a data gathering "Technical Exchange Meeting (TIM)" always accelerates the schedule. Our time spent is always included as part of the project. The expenses for this trip are not part of the project. However, we have developed enough historical charges to charge a fixed fee for travel (with 7 business days notice). We would typically spent three full days in your office. On one occasion we spent six weeks at a clients facility. We did not increase the fee for our expenses. The amount we charge is based on our experience with national and international travel. This fee structure simplifies everything.
