Warranty

Compliance Consultants agrees to complete the regulatory project according to instructions supplied, project requirements, and good consulting practice concerning the nature of such projects. Compliance Consultants shall devote such expertise, time, attention and energies as required to complete the contracted FDA regulatory service. Compliance Consultants warrants that the application will be "state of the art " for the regulatory issues involved. Compliance Consultants agrees to act in your best intrest to portray your device in the best possible light to the FDA.

Any questions (or requests for additional information) which the FDA may ask regarding the application that has been filed are treated under our warranty.

All performance actions which Compliance Consultants is obligated to (under our contract) are fulfilled upon any final FDA determination. Compliance Consultants makes no representations as to the disposition or determinations which will be reached by the FDA concerning the application.
