how we charge... Give us a call. Describe your invention and the status of the development (the project, the device, the claims, the project status and testing). We respond with a fixed-fee cost for a turn key project. The amount varies depending on the complexity, requirements, and risks. We quote an amount once you describe our goals. We can only determine your commitment by your demonstration of a retainer which typically amounts to ½ of our total fee.

You will discover that our fees are lower than market. We achieve these lower fees because we have accomplished so many projects- we know what to do. Our pricing policy is unique. It is based on our confidence and track record. Our goal is to start and complete a successful project - quickly without: delays, changes of scope and especially multiple rounds of questions from the FDA. To accomplish this goal requires that we know how to design, posture and create a complete project. Our cost assumes you create or provide all essential engineering documents, which meet the minimum requirements of the applicable FDA Design Controls. Should you lack any engineering documentation necessary to satisfy FDA requirements, we can create almost any program or a series of documents that describes the program on a separate fixed fee quote.
